Westrocon Enterprise Solutions Overview
One partner, four ways we help
Most SAP partners sell one of these. We run all four — which is why a client can move from diagnosis to delivery without changing supplier, and why a roadmap we produce is one we can actually staff.

Insight
Know before you commit
We assess against evidence pulled directly from your systems — configuration, custom code, interfaces, master data, volumes, programme artefacts — and score it, rather than forming a view in a workshop. All of it runs on Viki, our own delivery platform, through three modules that share one evidence spine and one four-point scale: VISTA for S/4HANA transformation readiness, ASTRA for AI readiness and use-case feasibility, and AEGIS for assurance over a programme already in flight. You get a defensible board position with a costed roadmap, not a consultant's opinion.
Capability
Build the skills
The most expensive outcome of a transformation is a system nobody in the business knows how to run. We train key users and end users on the functionality we actually deliver, document the handover so capability stays in-house, and are honest about where formal SAP certification beats another workshop. We also grow the market's skills base through a twelve-month graduate internship working toward SAP certification.
Capacity
Get the people
A roadmap nobody can staff is a report. We place certified SAP consultants, pods and full squads into client programmes — under Westrocon delivery governance and PCoE accreditation, with single-point accountability. Through the Westrocon Talent Marketplace, an invite-only and time-boxed matching process, verified SAP talent reaches serious buyers faster than traditional recruitment allows, with rate floors and consultant veto rights built in.
Access
Open the route
Public-sector and large-enterprise buyers do not only ask whether you can do the work — they ask whether you can be appointed to do it. Westrocon is a registered supplier on the Central Supplier Database and tax compliant, with live experience of South African public-sector SAP procurement including competitive support and maintenance bids. Our transformation and development plan is substantive: an employee share ownership trust, a graduate internship pipeline, and a committed share of procurement spend directed to qualifying suppliers.
